Abstract

OPTIMIZING FIELD SERVICE MANAGEMENT WITH AI- POWERED VIRTUAL AGENTS AND REAL-TIME DATA INTEGRATION

Joshin Kumar Reddy Darreddy

Abstract

The research presents the way AI-powered virtual agents together with integrated data in real time help in performance optimization for field service management. Traditional FSM systems are marred by inefficiency, high operation costs and service delays. AI agents enhance customer interaction, and technician performance, and facilitate scheduling processes without glitches. The integration of data in real-time assists in better decision- making, predictive maintenance, and resource allocation. It also explores their impact on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, outlining the key benefits and challenges. The findings prove that these technologies are of great importance to FSM optimization and bring serious enhancements in service delivery and cost reduction.
