Abstract

Improving the upkeep and efficiency of service facilities is a key responsibility of maintenance management. As a result, this study used building information modeling (BIM) to one of the university buildings to collect precise data about the building's parts and associate maintenance records with those parts using the powerful and versatile Revit software, as shown in the Improving the accuracy of maintenance work and achieving the best quality of service at the lowest cost is achieved through the ability to add parameters to t
