Abstract

When it comes to building things and growing economies, the construction sector is key. Better performance, faster completion, lower costs, better planning and execution, higher quality, and better risk management are all outcomes of combining Building Information Modeling (BIM) with Project Management Professional (PMP) methods. Better project execution, lower costs and risks, and better team communication are some of the advantages of BIM-PMP integration that this study investigates. It tackles problems with the organization, culture, and technology as well.
